🔧 Common Issues & Solutions

My TV is not being discovered — what should I check?
Most discovery issues are network-related. Please ensure:
  • Your iPhone and TV are connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network (check 2.4GHz vs 5GHz bands),
  • You have granted "Local Network" permission to the app in iOS Settings,
  • Your TV is powered on and connected to the network,
  • Your router is not using "AP Isolation" or "Guest Mode" which prevents devices from seeing each other.
The pairing PIN is not appearing on my TV?
  • Ensure the TV is in a state where it can receive pairing requests (usually on the home screen or a standard input),
  • Check if your TV model requires "Remote Architecture" or "Mobile Device Connection" to be enabled in its system settings,
  • Restart both the TV and the app and try the connection again.
How do I manage my subscription?
In-app subscriptions are managed by Apple:
  • Open Settings on your iPhone,
  • Tap your Name at the top,
  • Tap Subscriptions to view or cancel.
The "Power On" button doesn't work?
Powering on a TV via Wi-Fi (Wake-on-LAN) requires:
  • The TV must support Wake-on-LAN/Wireless,
  • "Network Standby" or "Remote Start" must be enabled in your TV's Power settings,
  • Some TVs disable their Wi-Fi chip entirely after being off for several hours.
Is my TV supported?
We support most modern Smart TVs from:
  • Samsung (Tizen OS),
  • LG (WebOS),
  • Sony and other Android TV/Google TV devices,
  • Amazon Fire TV,
  • Roku TV and Streaming Sticks,
  • Apple TV (via standard protocols).
How do I reset my app data?
To clear all saved TVs and pairing tokens:
  • Go to App Settings within the app and select "Clear Cache" if available, or
  • Delete and reinstall the app from your device.
Note: We do not store your pairing data on our servers.
